PROFESSIONAL BIO

Shelley began her corporate real estate career at Rivercut Golf Community as Operations Manager for the 600+ acre land development project. She has continued to perform real estate sales and marketing management, property management, and residential and commercial real estate development ever since.

In addition to being a team member on two of southwest Missouri’s large-scale land development/master-planned communities, Shelley’s experience also includes managing a real estate portfolio of over 1500 multi-family units, residential homes, and the construction infills and commercial leasing of many of Springfield’s notable office spaces.

Along with operating her consulting and management firm, FairWorthe Properties, Shelley has also provided business leadership in real estate franchise sales brokerage, serving as both Team Leader and Broker-Manager of Keller Williams Realty of Greater Springfield, and Broker-Manager on various subdivision development projects.

Years of experience have developed her professional skills, legal expertise, and in-depth market knowledge, but Shelley attributes her personal integrity to what her clients value the highest. With a proven track record of providing the utmost care and concern for each person’s unique needs, she employs an honest and forthright advisory approach with everyone she works with.
